Close proximity to main train station.
Our Quad room was 4 twins crammed together. the bathroom was tiny, full of mildew/mold and the shower leaked like a seive! We relocated after the first night!

1 minute walk to Termini - though the downside of that is that many homeless people and alcoholics congregate around the station day and night. Having said that I did not feel threatened in any way.
the room itself was very clean and comfortable but unfortunately the shower recess had a lot of mould - needed a good scrub. when i needed help with making a local phone call the female receptionist (who was passing her time on Youtube at the time) was only willing to help up until a certain point and then decided to completely ignore me. caused me a lot of stress but the manager of the hotel kindly came to my rescue when he realised what my problem was. all of the staff were fine except for one in particular.

The only thing I liked was the location.
Two days without hot shower, very poor breakfast-only 1 croissant and 1 coffee, lift was very old and slow, only one lift for the whole building.The manager didn't speak English. I need to use ear plugs to sleep because was very noisy.I Really don't recommend this hotel.The buiding had like 6 hotels spread through the floors

The service was quite satisfactory. The front desk staff was very helpful and kind. Hotel is located near the main station and therefore very central.
The room was located two floor level up from the reception and we have to carry our luggage to our room since the lift was under maintenance during the check in time.

Location- 3min to Termini Station Lokalizacja, bardzo blisko do glownego dworca Termini.
Bathroom very, very dirty, I slept in few hotels, but I never saw bathroom dirty like that!!!!!Shower needs to be clean!!!!They didn't clean our room one day, we asked about this cleaning lady, she said that she'll clean but she didn't clean at all:((( Bathroom needs some repair work as well!!!!!!!!Very disappointed!!!!!!!!!!! I won't reccomend anyone!!!! Lazienka bardzo brudna, dawno nie sprzatana, nigdy nie widzialam tak brudnej lazienki a nocowalam w paru hotelach do tej pory. Najgorszy byl prysznic, tam brud nie do pomyslenia!!!!!Poza tym pare rzeczy do naprawy rowniez. Jestesmy bardzo zawiedzeni tym hotelem!!!!!!!!!Nie polece go nikomu....

Although situated near the station, the street is very busy and noisy with undesirable people at late time at night. The bathroom facilities were very dirty and smelt really bad. The staff were not helpful and insisted for us to pay in cash.

Good location close to Termini - transport hub of Rome. Good bars and restauranrs near by.
The price included breakfast which consisted of one cup of coffee and one croissant - a little misleading to call it breakfast

yes there were many things i did not like about it. the staff were dodgy wanted to hold our passports and get us to collect them later. wanted payment upfront on arrival but would issue a receipt at the end of the stay. room was disgustingly dirty. i have photos that i will be submitting through a complaint to Booked.net. very unimpressed. there were exposed wires coming out of walls, the mouldyest shower i have ever seen and a half broken air conditioner with an air filter that had never been cleaned. the health hazards were disgusting. i will be submitting a complaint in afew days when i return home from my trip

The location is very convenient for tourists, with the Roma Termini, and many shops, restaurants within two minutes of walk. The room was good, big, clean and nicely decorated. The lift is vey small, and since it is shared by customers of many hotels, one has to wait a long to get into. Some of the staffs are not cofortable with English, and had touch time to communicate with them. They serve breakfast in a nearby breakfast corner, and it is very ordinary. Still it is a good value for money.
The room was in the 4th floor. We often had to wait 10 minutes for the lift.

The hotel is very close to the Train Station. Which is make us easier to go somewhere else.
The hotel room is very small. And the bathroom is not that good.
